Have not been here in months.we got the same wait person as last several times. Attentive offers refills and the food came out quickly and done right. I ordered ahi and it came out rare but warm perfect.

Never seen crayfish on the menu, but the have a Cajun crab and shrimp boil.

I have never bought a whole salmon there they do have fresh fish, scallops,ect. on sale seasonally. You would have to call them on availability ?
